Fonts

Google Fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When the page loads, your browser may send a request to Google's servers, which may include your IP address, browser type, and the page URL. This data is processed by Google to deliver the font files.

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in presenting a visually consistent website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For more information, see Google's privacy policy.

Booking and email

Contact and booking

Visitors can contact SteigenFlow by email or use the booking flow connected to Cal.com. The data entered by the visitor is processed to answer the request, prepare the call, and manage the booking.

When the lead form is submitted, SteigenFlow stores the submitted form fields together with limited technical context: IP address, IP-derived country, Cloudflare data-center code, browser timezone, page URL, and submission status. This is used to understand lead context and reduce spam or misuse.

Lead data may be stored in Google Sheets via Google Apps Script. Booking details may be processed by Cal.com.

The processing of data submitted via the lead form or booking flow is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary for steps prior to entering into a contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling and preparing client enquiries).

The site uses a functional cookie/local storage setting to remember cookie-banner dismissal. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are intentionally used in this static site bundle.

The site loads Google Fonts from Google-hosted endpoints and embeds Cal.com during booking.

Retention

Lead and contact data is kept only as long as needed to handle the request, maintain business records, prevent misuse, or comply with legal obligations. If a conversation does not continue, SteigenFlow aims to delete or minimize the data after it is no longer needed.
